... to Patrick and Martyn and the rest of the Proboards staff for all their hard work and sleepless nights to 1) set up the temporary boards so that we knew we were not being abandoned, 2) getting our old boards back up and running with not missing a beat - right back where we were and 3) keeping us informed almost minute by minute as to what the status of repairs were during the entire ordeal. Dawn, I emailed you twice as to what was going on. I think the only thing different than what I thought is that I don't think our temporary board is being saved and uploaded to this site. I think it's gone forever. |

It sounds like you did a great job handling the situation, and I'm glad that the Proboards staff was able to restore the old board fairly quickly. That would be cool if the temp board was saved as well, but since it was on the same address, it may have been overridden. |
