Our scale: 5.0 - A song you absolutely love, one of your absolute favorites 4.0 - While not quite top-tier, a song you enjoy a lot 3.0 - Not a favorite, but you basically like it 2.0 - A "meh" song, you could take it or leave it 1.0 - Yikes! Wonderful horn arrangement) Puff the Magic Dragon - Peter, Paul & Mary 3.5 (this song used to upset me when I was a kid, as I misunderstood the lyrics at first and thought that Jackie Paper had died. Even now, it's still sad!) I Ran (So Far Away) - A Flock of Seagulls 3.75 Baby Come Back - Player 4.5 Good Lovin' - Young Rascals 3.25 (not a bad song, but a bit overexposed) The Lady in Red - Chris DeBurgh 1.25 Carefree Highway - Gordon Lightfoot 4.0 The Last Time - Rolling Stones 4.2 (one of the very first songs I remember hearing. Elton has mentioned in interviews that only on very rare occasions has he performed this song live, because (for obvious reasons) it's very emotional for him. Baby Come Back - Player 4.0 (I love the new mop commercial featuring this song.) Good Lovin' - Young Rascals 3.5 The Lady in Red - Chris DeBurgh 1.0 (This song is so draining.....I feel like taking a nap after hearing it.) Carefree Highway - Gordon Lightfoot 4.0 (Ah......the sound of my childhood.. I'm riding in the back of my mom's Chevy station wagon with the black vinyl seats and hurking big seatbelts that we never used because they were too cumbersome..... Hey, it was the 70s, man! Not my favorite by Chicago, but very, very close. And yes the horn section is amazing.

Unfortunately, that took place probably in the first 24 hours of hearing it. Carefree Highway - Gordon Lightfoot 4.2 Love It! The Last Time - Rolling Stones 4.2 Early Stones rule! You Belong to the City - Glenn Frey 2.7 Weak effort, IMO. As you know I usually love anything associated with the Eagles.
