Lots of great ones to choose from for this band. (Yet the Hall keeps passing them over for induction... ). My favorite from them has always been "Beginnings." Great Robert Lamm composition with a wonderful melody and arrangement. Here's a cool live performance from 1972. I had to smile at the "Very old song, a song we've been playing a very long time" line at the beginning of it, as at that time it was only about 3 years old. Now, it is over 40 years old, but still sounds as wonderful as ever.

It's a later Chicago song (I know, I know) but I've always loved it:

Overplayed in some senses, but I LOVE it anyway!

I love SO many songs by this band that I can't pick a definitive favorite... So I'll put up a very overlooked song..
