I found this old sheet of paper in my desk with a 70s lyrics quiz I made up back on YL!
These were all top 40 hits in the 70s. The only hint I am giving!

2. But I can't help but have my suspicions

I just went back and thought about #8 again, because it was bugging me. "Can't You See It In My Eyes" is a line from "Carrie" by Europe, but that's a late '80s song, so it couldn't have been right -- but I couldn't get that song out of my head. -- Hey! That's a good idea for a post: "What song is in your head right now?"  Or not.  Anyway, it just came to me. Sister Golden Hair - America (Ironically, both Carrie and Sister Golden Hair are in my top 250.) |
