No winner yet, and I'm flying up to Boston overnight to see my mom. So I won't be posting. Therefore I'll give you another clue now, and the value will still be five points until I get back tomorrow night. Guess as many times as you want.
The clues: The title is not enough to get one of the songs.
Although both Pete and Woody's guesses were incorrect, one of them was slightly on the right track. (If that makes sense)
..and finally... of the six songs guessed so far, two are actually correct .. albeit for the wrong reasons.

The Guess Who-Laughing The Bee Gees-I Started A Joke Can't guess on the Mathis song.. Not a fan at all.. Theme-Laughing? Somehow, Pete, I never figured you to be a Mathis fan. You're more the Perry Como type. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Oh, by the way you are correct on the theme and the other two songs. (Ironically, you were correct earlier (but for the wrong reasons) on the Johnny Mathis with Small World, where the word "funny" appears about 8 different times e.g., "Funny, you're a stranger who's come here..." ) Anyway, 4 points for you, to add to your lead. |
