OK, we're getting nowhere (other than a very good guess by Triple J.) --But it's the weekend and there is hardly anyone around. So I'll give you two small clues, and keep the point potential at 5 until Monday morning.
1. None of Trip's songs are correct.
2. The component is located in two of the titles and you need the lyrics for the third. One, with the component in the title is by The Four Tops.
Now: - Get to it!

The source I consulted, these were the first songs listed for each group, and they seem to fit.
I saw there's another Four Tops song called "Loco In Acapulco" which mentions going, but I couldn't find that in any top 40 chart.
SCRATCH THAT - I MISREAD ABOVE......

OK, it is now Monday morning, and no correct answers yet. - So it's time for another clue and a reduction to 4 points.
Two of the songs are top 10; the third is not even top 20.

Components of the theme "Positions" You basically HAVE to be standing up, sitting down or lying down. (Yeah I know you can squat). I think you get the three points and we call it a day on this one.
