OK, I'll give it a try--geographic locations: "Wichita Lineman"; either "Never Been to Spain" or "Shambala"; and "24 Hours from Tulsa".
(Actually when I saw Gene Pitney on the list, the first thing that came to mind was "Town Without Pity"; that led to the "geographic locations" guess.)

(I suppose living one state up helps.  ) Of course, both Phoenix" and "Spain" contain "Oklahoma" in the lyrics, and Tulsa is in Oklahoma. (I was in Tulsa once. It was closed.  ) Laura will get credit for "24 Hours from Tulsa" (can't give her "Never Been To Spain" because she mentioned Shambala also). Pete gets "By The Time I get To Phoenix" and Woody gets the theme plus "Never Been To Spain". So 3 points for Woody, and 1 each for Laura and Pete.
