John Fred Gourrier dead at 63

John Fred Gourrier, lead singer for John Fred and his Playboy Band died Friday of complications from kidney transplant surgery. He was 63.

John was best known for Judy in Disguise (With Glasses), written as a parody of the Beatles Lucy In The Skies With Diamonds, reached #1 early in 1968.

RIP, John Fred.
