HELLO?? Anyone here?? 6080. Give to Live-Sammy Hagar 1987 I remember this was a big deal because it was Sammy making a solo album while in Van Halen, with the band's blessings. Even Eddie played on it-bass. Crappy ballad. 6079. Within You, Without You-Beatles 1967 There was a time when I didn't like a single Indian song George made with the Beatles. Now I LOVE all of them-except this one. The laughing that is at the end was his idea, not the others, to break up the seriousness of it. 6078. Big Bad Bill (is Sweet William Now)-Van Halen 1982 I remember looking at this album before I bought it wondering how the a song with a title like that would go. Didn't know at the time it was a song from the 20's or 30's or whatever. I always said it was "music to sweep by". Listen to the music on it. 6077. Little One-Chicago 1978 Another later Kath one, not as good as his classics. Like the lyrics a lot, but the song itself isn't up to their earlier stuff. 6076. Beauty is Only Skin Deep-Temptations 1966 Why isn't this played on oldies stations anymore? It must've been at one point if I know it. Yes, I have it ranked low, but it would be better than hearing My Girl 40 times a week. 6075. Smackwater Jack-Carole King 1971 A good Carole song, but not one of her classics. 6074. If I Could Turn Back Time-Cher 1989 Her 80's stuff paled in comparison to her 70's songs. 6073. Happy Birthday, Sweet Sixteen-Neil Sedaka 1961/62 Pass the syrup please. 6072. Satisfaction Guaranteed-The Firm 1986 Never heard this as much as Radioactive, and it wasn't as good. 6071. Missionary Man-Eurythmics 1986 Not considered one of their signature songs, but I liked it better than most of those, which got overplayed. 6070. Beat it-Michael Jackson 1983 AHHHHHHHH!!!! I thought he was done on this list!! Actually, there is probably a few more. 6069. Promises, Promises-Naked Eyes 1983 Their two hits were decent, if lightweight. 6068. Lollipop-Chordettes 1958 Another nonsensical 50's song. 6067. Breaking the Law-Judas Priest 1980 (Previous ranking 3596) Never thought much of this, and then my cousin's band plays the CRAP out of it! 6066. Elderberry Wine-Elton John 1973 I believe this made the flip of Croc Rock. Not bad, but not up to par with the album cuts on Tumbleweed and Yellow Brick Road. 6065. At the Zoo-Simon & Garfunkel 1967 I think I liked this as a kid because of the "zoo" mention in it. But again, not huge on S&G. 6064. Adam Raised a Cain-Bruce Springsteen 1978 I think I investigated this because of the title. I think he did it unplugged too, and they showed it on the commercial. 6063. Sanctify Yourself-Simple Minds 1986 I didn't think the two follow ups to Alive & Kicking were that great. 6062. Heartbeat-it's a Lovebeat-DeFranco Family 1973 I've only known this in recent years. HEY-we forgot to invite the chick from the DeFranco board on YL here! 6061. T.V. Dinners-ZZ Top 1984 This seems to forgotten in the annals of time. Especially compared to stuff like Gimmie All Your Lovin'. Notice I am writing more-the songs are getting better! Have at it!

Wow it sure is quiet here this morning (it still morning here for another 14 minutes or so). Well let me see 6080 - I'm familiar with a few of Sammy's solo tunes but not this. 6079 - Yes the same with me his indian songs have really grown on me quite a bit over the years . I really like ringing sitars on this one. 6078 - It seemed that the guys got into doing wacky - off the wall type of stuff - this along with Happy Trails. It was alright. 6077 - It's really sad when you realize that this was the last album with Terry. I'm only familiar with the hits , but did have a listen and it's quite a nice song and not as lightweight as some of their later ballads . 6076 - Not familiar 6075 - A classic all the way - so good!! 6074 - I didn't mind it - so much better than Believe. 6073 - LOL any sweeter and I'd be bouncing off the wall LOL. 6072 - Would you believe I have two copies of this album - both were included in collections I had bought. And the only tune I've ever listened to is Radioactive ! 6071 - Loved it the minute I heard it - great stuff:) 6070 - It was alright at first then they had to play it 100 times a day - sheesh! 6069 - I remember really liking it alot at the time - I also have the video clip. 6068 - I like hearing it every so often . 6067 - Don't know it - I wasn't into Judas Priest except for You've Got Another Thing Comin' . 6066 - This has always been among my many faaves from Elton - Love Nigel's drumming near the end. 6065 - Nice, simple and laid back - A good one. 6064 - I heard it for the first time on the live box - but at the moment I can't place the melody but I'm sure I like it. 6063 - Great pop! - although I lost track of them after this. 6062 - I remember her! lightweight harmless 70's teen pop - They were Tiger Beat faves there for awhile - I think my cousin had every issue! and she had a few 45's as well - BTW their Canadian! 6061 - One of my buddy's favorite tracks from the album I remember recording the video as well.

6080. Give to Live-Sammy Hagar 1987 No, Never liked it!
6079. Within You, Without You-Beatles 1967 My least favorite tune on "Pepper".
6078. Big Bad Bill (is Sweet William Now)-Van Halen 1982 Kind of weird hearing this on a hard rock album. Eddie always said he hated "Diver Down", but I'd take it over ANYTHING they've done with Hagar!
6077. Little One-Chicago 1978 Don't think I have this. What album? XI?
6076. Beauty is Only Skin Deep-Temptations 1966 They really had a lot of great ones!
6075. Smackwater Jack-Carole King 1971 Not bad...
6074. If I Could Turn Back Time-Cher 1989 I agree, 70's Cher rules!
6073. Happy Birthday, Sweet Sixteen-Neil Sedaka 1961/62 Maple or Boysenberry?
6072. Satisfaction Guaranteed-The Firm 1986 I liked it.
6071. Missionary Man-Eurythmics 1986 They lost me after "Would I Lie To You".
6070. Beat it-Michael Jackson 1983 Actually, I've always kind of liked it.. Not LOVED, but at least liked it..
6069. Promises, Promises-Naked Eyes 1983 All four of their hits were great!
6068. Lollipop-Chordettes 1958 Kind of strange, seeing this listed before Judas Priest. I think my parents had this on a 78, either this or "Mr. Sandman", I forget.
6067. Breaking the Law-Judas Priest 1980 Not my favorite by them. I like "Riding On The Wind" or "Heading Out To The Highway" better.
6066. Elderberry Wine-Elton John 1973 I never got around to flipping that record over, but I've heard this is a very popular cut.
6065. At the Zoo-Simon & Garfunkel 1967 Good forgotten one, but I still like "Fakin' It" the best..
6064. Adam Raised a Cain-Bruce Springsteen 1978 Don't know it.
6063. Sanctify Yourself-Simple Minds 1986 LOVE this!!
6062. Heartbeat-it's a Lovebeat-DeFranco Family 1973 It's NKOTB, 70's style!
6061. T.V. Dinners-ZZ Top 1984 This song always cracked me up..

Things have been pretty desolate lately, haven't they? I'm a day late on this list, so I'm gonna go through it quickly just to get caught up.
6080 - 6075. Don't know 'em.
6074. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this song!!! Probably my all-time favorite Cher song.
6073 - 6071. Never heard these before.
6070. One of his best. Not as good as Billie Jean, though...
6069 6061. Not familiar with these songs.

Satisfaction Guaranteed-The Firm 1986 Never heard this one. 6071. Missionary Man-Eurythmics 1986 This song is okay too. 6070. Beat it-Michael Jackson 1983 I don't like this song at all. 6069. Promises, Promises-Naked Eyes 1983 Never heard this song. 6068. Lollipop-Chordettes 1958 Yuck. 6067. Breaking the Law-Judas Priest 1980 (Previous ranking 3596) I've never heard this one. 6066. That's your fave Cher song?? Not the classic era?

Almost skipped ya, bud! 6078. I know this album gets blasted a lot, especially when you strip the instrumentals and covers, there is only 4 new songs. But I LOVE those 4 songs though! 6077. Oh hell, I never know which number! LOL! The one with Take Me Back to Chicago. It actually did better on the singles chart than Take Me Back! 6073. Boysenberry. This isn't good enough to be Maple.
