This may be brief-I'm off at home!! YAY!! 5637. Is This Love-Survivor 1986/87 For a long time, I couldn't remember how their version went with similar songs by Mr. Mister and Whitesnake. Not their best. 5636. Hocus Pocus-Focus 1973 Rock's only yodeling instrumental? Annoying at times. 5635. My Heart is Lost to You-Brooks & Dunn 2001 (new addition) Kinda sappy. Not my type on the whole. 5634. Unglued-Stone Temple Pilots 1994 At the moment, I can't even remember how this album track goes! LOL! 5633. Big Log-Robert Plant 1983 Before I was a big fan of Bobby's, this song annoyed me. Come to think of it, it still does! It just drones on 5632. The Cover of “Rolling Stone”-Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show 1972/73 Comedy rock. Cute enough novelty, but nothing I'd play on a normal basis. 5631. Rock and Roll Music-Chuck Berry 1957 I know this is the original, but I prefer the Beatles' version. 5630. Son of a Sailor-Jimmy Buffet 1978 I think I learned this just before I got draggd to one of his concerts back in 90. (Are you loving these, Kitty? ) 5629. Surfin’ Safari-Beach Boys 1962 The early surfing songs aren't my faves. 5628. Stranger in My Hometown-Elvis 1969 (new addition) One of the many from the Memphis comeback sessions. 5627. Sure As I’m Sittin’ Here-Three Dog Night 1974 I discovered this back when I bought that 2 LP set as a kid, the one that looks like it was written in crayon on the cover. Not among their elite. 5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 One of the legendary stepping stones of rock. 5625. Spooky-Classics IV 1967/68 The group with all the one word titles! They woulda been great during the grunge era! A bit overplayed. 5624. Willie the Wimp (Live)-Stevie Ray Vaughan 1986 I think the first Stevie Ray song I knew. Not his signature style. 5623. Judgement Day-Van Halen 1991 The non-singles off of the F.U.C.K. album were mostly filler. 5622. Twilight World-Swing Out Sister 1987 Not sure why I have this ranked this high. But it's better than Breakout from these new age jazz-rockers. 5621. At the Beginning-Donna Lewis & Richard Marx 1997 (previous ranking 4461) Ok, shut up! I actually liked her first song and this was a virtual re-write! 5620. Just Put a Ribbon in Your Hair-Kenny Chesney 1999 (new addition) You wouldn't know it from the title, but this is a Christmas tune. Ok, just a bit slow. 5619. Anyway You Want it-Angel 1976 Not the DC5 or the Journey song. One of the many good, not great, songs by this band. 5618. Bad Medicine- Bon Jovi 1988 In 86, I LOVED the Slippery When Wet album. By this album, I basically ignored all the singles. Have at it!

5637. Is This Love-Survivor 1986/87 There did seem to be a lot of songs with that title around that time. Not their best, I agree.
5636. Hocus Pocus-Focus 1973 Great hard-driving rock.
5635. My Heart is Lost to You-Brooks & Dunn 2001 (new addition) I don't know this one.
5634. Unglued-Stone Temple Pilots 1994 Not familiar.
5633. Big Log-Robert Plant 1983 Probably my favorite from him.
5632. The Cover of “Rolling Stone”-Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show 1972/73 I like Dr. Hook, but I've never cared for this song at all.
5631. Rock and Roll Music-Chuck Berry 1957 Give me the Beatles' version also.
5630. Son of a Sailor-Jimmy Buffet 1978 I always seem to overlook this one when I'm thinking of his music. Not his best, but pretty good.
5629. Surfin’ Safari-Beach Boys 1962 A great early 60s classic.
5628. Stranger in My Hometown-Elvis 1969 (new addition) Not familiar with this one.
5627. Sure As I’m Sittin’ Here-Three Dog Night 1974 A good song, one I seldom hear on the oldies stations. I first heard this on one of their greatest hits albums also, only mine was the Joy to the World collection, on 8-track. The one you mentioned is the better collection of the two.
5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 Very pleasant, nice vocals.
5625. Spooky-Classics IV 1967/68 Love this - probably my favorite from them.
5624. Willie the Wimp (Live)-Stevie Ray Vaughan 1986 I don't know this one.
5623. Judgement Day-Van Halen 1991 Their later material was generally not nearly as good as the Dave-era songs.
5622. Twilight World-Swing Out Sister 1987 Excellent song - love their blend of pop and jazz.
5621. At the Beginning-Donna Lewis & Richard Marx 1997 (previous ranking 4461) I must have missed this one when it was current.
5620. Just Put a Ribbon in Your Hair-Kenny Chesney 1999 (previous ranking) I may have heard this on the Music Choice Christmas channel a few months back, but can't recall it.
5619. Anyway You Want it-Angel 1976 I'm not familiar with their material.
5618. Bad Medicine- Bon Jovi 1988 My least favorite of the early Bon Jovi singles. It's okay, but not great.

Sure As I’m Sittin’ Here-Three Dog Night 1974 One of the numerous Laura Nyro penned songs that they recorded. I like this. 5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 Not my style. 5625. Spooky-Classics IV 1967/68 Totally dated 5624. Willie the Wimp (Live)-Stevie Ray Vaughan 1986 I don't know this one 5623. Judgement Day-Van Halen 1991 Don't recall this either 5622. Twilight World-Swing Out Sister 1987 A lovely tune. I'm surprised it's so high on your list too because I know that they sort of annoy you. I like them though. 5621. At the Beginning-Donna Lewis & Richard Marx 1997 You're not going to blame your like of this song on your wife are you? I just can't picture you listening to Donna Lewis! 5620. Is This Love--Not really wild about this one. Hocus Pocus--It's ok, but I wouldn't want to hear it every day. My Heart is Lost to You--Don't think I know this one. Unglued--Nor this one. Big Log--This one either. The Cover of the Rolling Stone--This song holds a lot of memories for me. My mom even liked this one! Rock and Roll Music--Pretty good. Son of a Sailor--Not to be nitpicky, but isn't the correct title "Son of a Son of a Sailor"? Anyway--I don't mind this song too much. Surfin' Safari--Ick. Stranger in My Hometown--Never heard of it. Sure as I'm Sittin' Here--I love this! Again, lots of memories here. Earth Angel--Good one, as far as those early songs go. Spooky--Never a big fan of this song, or this group. Willie the Wimp--No clue. Judgment Day--Not a clue about this one either. Twilight World--Man, you're losing me here. LOL! At the Beginning--Don't think I know it, but I liked her first song too, so I'd probably like this one. Just Put a Ribbon in Your Hair--I try to avoid Kenny Chesney whenever possible, Christmas or not. Anyway You Want It--Don't know it. Bad Medicine--I was kinda tired of Bon Jovi by this point.

Is This Love - Don't know it Hocus Pocus - Not only a yodel, but how many song titles actually rhyme with the artist name? It's not such a bad song. 5633 - 5635 - Don't Know them. Cover of the Rolling Stone - They did so much that was really good music. Fun song, but I can't listen to it anymore. I will say that it's better than the country version by Buck Owens, Cover of the Music City News. Rock & Roll Music - Classic 50s. Son of a Sailor - Ok song, not a favorite. Surfin' Safari - Good song. Stranger in My Hometown - Don't know it. Sure As I'm Sitting Here - I think TDN was kind of playing out the string. Most of their good stuff was from 1969-72. Earth Angel - Classic Do-Wop. I made a oldies CD for my son and he told me to make sure I got this song on it. Spooky - Good song 5619 - 5624 - don't know them Bad Medicine - Great song.

5637. Is This Love - Survivor I don't believe I know this one.
5636. Hocus Pocus - Focus Hocus Pocus? Oh wait. The song, not the movie. Don't know it.
5635. My Heart is Lost to You - Brooks & Dunn Fair.
5634 - 5627. Don't know any of these.
5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 Excellent. Love it.
I don't know any of the rest!!

5637. Is This Love-Survivor 1986/87 I remember the title, but I missed it on the radio.. I never liked Survivor much, anyway...
5636. Hocus Pocus-Focus 1973 YEEEEAAAAAAAH!!!! LOVE this! Talk about a sick record! One of my favorite rock instrumentals!
5634. Unglued-Stone Temple Pilots 1994 At the moment, I can't even remember how this album track goes! LOL!............. Neither can I! I like STP, though.
5633. Big Log-Robert Plant 1983 I loved it then, I love it now. We kind of have opposite views on Plant solo. I like Robbie Blunt's guitar work on this (but I'm a guitarist, so I look for those things). I saw the tail end of the video for this back in the day, and never saw it again. One thing, though, What's with that TITLE? Did he write the song on the toilet or something?
5632. The Cover of “Rolling Stone”-Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show 1972/73 I'd much rather hear their late 70's/early 80's material!
5631. Rock and Roll Music-Chuck Berry 1957 Berry, Beach Boys, Beatles, they're ALL good!
5629. Surfin’ Safari-Beach Boys 1962 Got them off the ground, but songs like this make them so unfairly stereotyped.. Still, I love it!
5627. Sure As I’m Sittin’ Here-Three Dog Night 1974 One of their last big hits, from their underrated "Hard Labor" album.
5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 Again, if I were a teenager in the 50's I might have loved this. But it does nothing for me.
5625. Spooky-Classics IV 1967/68 Always a pleasure..
5622. Twilight World-Swing Out Sister 1987 Not bad, but I liked Breakout..
5619. Anyway You Want it-Angel 1976 I REALLY need to hear this band. I've heard so much about them.
5618. Bad Medicine- Bon Jovi 1988 Better than some of their other songs, but I really don't like Bon Jovi.

5619. Anyway You Want it-Angel 1976 I'm not familiar with their material. 5627. I can honestly say I have never heard it on oldies, timeless or classic rock! 5619. You should check em out, I think you'd like em!

5633. Big Log-Robert Plant 1983 ?? 5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 Some people call this the first rock n roll song. That's arguable. But it is definitely a classic doo wop ballad. 5620. Just Put a Ribbon in Your Hair-Kenny Chesney 1999 (new addition) Adam, don't you realize there HAS been no music since 1985 ?? 5633. You'd know it if you heard it. One of those songs where the title isn't in the lyrics. 5626. I've heard Speedo called the first rock record. 5620. LOL-not until 1992 (the year of Martina's debut. )
