[glow=red,2,300] 5635. My Heart is Lost to You-Brooks & Dunn 2001 (new addition) Nor this one. I thought this song was older than 2001...I like them just not this one. 5620. Just Put a Ribbon in Your Hair-Kenny Chesney 1999 (new addition) This song is okay for every once in a while. [/glow] Didn't realize you liked modern country!

Son of a Sailor--Not to be nitpicky, but isn't the correct title "Son of a Son of a Sailor"? Anyway--I don't mind this song too much. Twilight World--Man, you're losing me here. LOL! Yeah it is. I used to be nitpicky too, and when I typed it here, I forgot which was the correct way! LOL! Surprised you don't know that one!

Cover of the Rolling Stone - They did so much that was really good music. Fun song, but I can't listen to it anymore. I will say that it's better than the country version by Buck Owens, Cover of the Music City News. Is that for real, the Buck Owens thing, or am I really naive?

5637. Is This Love - Survivor I don't believe I know this one. 5636. Hocus Pocus - Focus Hocus Pocus? Oh wait. The song, not the movie. Don't know it. 5635. My Heart is Lost to You - Brooks & Dunn Fair. 5634 - 5627. Don't know any of these. 5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 Excellent. Love it. I don't know any of the rest!! Thought you'd say something about Chesney!

5633. Big Log-Robert Plant 1983 I loved it then, I love it now. We kind of have opposite views on Plant solo. I like Robbie Blunt's guitar work on this (but I'm a guitarist, so I look for those things). I saw the tail end of the video for this back in the day, and never saw it again. One thing, though, What's with that TITLE? Did he write the song on the toilet or something? 5633. LMAO!!! I always wondered myself!

Is that for real, the Buck Owens thing, or am I really naive? It's for real. I remember hearing it on the Country station my mom listened to. I thought it was funny. It's on the three disc Rhino collection released in 1992, "The Buck Owens Collection, 1959-1990"

This is going to be the last one for a day or two - I don't want to push all the newer topics to the 2nd page.
5637. Is This Love-Survivor 1986/87 Eh.
5636. Hocus Pocus-Focus 1973 Not familiar.
5635. My Heart is Lost to You-Brooks & Dunn 2001 (new addition) I don't do country.
5634. Unglued-Stone Temple Pilots 1994 Don't like these guys either.
5633. Big Log-Robert Plant 1983 It kind of drones, but there's something about it that I like.
5632. The Cover of “Rolling Stone”-Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show 1972/73 Fun song, but easily grows tired.
5631. Rock and Roll Music-Chuck Berry 1957 Every time I hear this I think of Eddie Murphy as Clarence, the 5th Beatle on SNL.
5630. Son of a Sailor-Jimmy Buffet 1978 Not a Parrothead.
5629. Surfin’ Safari-Beach Boys 1962 It's ok.
5628. Stranger in My Hometown-Elvis 1969 (new addition) Not familiar.
5627. Sure As I’m Sittin’ Here-Three Dog Night 1974 Not familiar.
5626. Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)-Penguins 1954/55 Too doo-wop.
5625. Spooky-Classics IV 1967/68 A bit overplayed, but I like this one.
5624. Willie the Wimp (Live)-Stevie Ray Vaughan 1986 Stevie was talented, but not my cup of tea.
5623. Judgement Day-Van Halen 1991 Not familiar - I wasn't into them much after David left.
5622. Twilight World-Swing Out Sister 1987 I love Swing Out Sister, and this one is a great song.
5621. At the Beginning-Donna Lewis & Richard Marx 1997 (previous ranking 4461) Not familiar.
5620. Just Put a Ribbon in Your Hair-Kenny Chesney 1999 (new addition) Again, I don't do country. At least not modern country - some of the old stuff my grandpa listened to isn't so bad.
5619. Anyway You Want it-Angel 1976 Not familiar.
5618. Bad Medicine- Bon Jovi 1988 Um, no thanks.

It's the "theme song" to the "show" that Clarence makes his appearance on "Rock 'N Roll And Then Some". One of my most favorite SNL sketches. "And let me tell you that if Clarence Walker find them, he gonna take a chunk out they behind. I'ma put my foot so deep in them, that they breath gonna smell like shoe polish".
