I thought of this topic because I just got "Fallen" by Evanescence. (I know they have a new one out too, but I haven't heard that yet.) I was listening to the "Fallen" CD on my personal stereo at work today, and I had to keep hitting the pause button, because I was bawling my eyes out! It's an excellent CD, but some of the songs, especially "My Immortal" and "Tourniquet", are real tearjerkers! Actually, I'd heard "My Immortal" before, and liked it, but when listening to it along with the rest of the CD today, it REALLY hit me in the heart. I love the CD, but perhaps listening to it at work wasn't the best idea--at least when hearing it for the first time. There's no crying in data entry, lol!
So what do the rest of you listen to when you need a good cry?
(I asked this question at ML also, during the "name a song" game, so I hope I don't sound like I'm repeating myself too much.)

Two songs that come to mind right away are:
Room With a View - Carolyn Dawn Johnson Concrete Angel - Martina McBride
I'll try to think of more and add them later.

Fleetwood Mac's "Silver Springs" always does it for me. Also, "Wind Beneath My Wings" and then Reba McEntire's "Till You Love Me" usually hit the spot as well. And Pam Tillis' "Spilled Perfume." I'm such a sap!

Stephen Bishop's "Separate Lives" (and not Phil Collin's version).

Lora already mentioned one of my all-time tearjerk songs - "Silver Springs" by Fleetwood Mac.
Others that get me: "You Can Close Your Eyes" - James Taylor "Wasted Time" - The Eagles "Purple Heather" - Van Morrison The entire album Blue by Joni Mitchell

Here's one for the holiday season: The Christmas Shoes by NewSong
It's about a little boy trying to buy a pair of shoes on Christmas Eve for his mom who is very sick and doesn't have much time. If that one doesn't make you cry, I don't know what will!
