Mike, that's quite an impressive list! What year did you see George Harrison? I would have loved to have seen him perform live. wow! ok... Dylan goes electric : l965 - they threw bottles and food - first half was acoustic/then electric Dylan's Rolling Thunder Tour: l975 *Rolling Stones 'Some Girls' Tour: l978/Lakeland, Fl..front of stage..2 1/2 hrs ..SRO..high off weed Elvis in Vegas: l972/fat Elvis.. couldn't remember words..couldn't get up from his crouch..sooo much sweat!!!!! ..and ALL of the Fox and Paramount Theater R&R shows/NYC ..in the fifties...they went on for hours *would love to relive that nite!!!!! =)

Actually it was a disappointment, he spent too much of it doing religious chants (him & his singers) and lecturing the audience on the need for spirituality.

Actually it was a disappointment, he spent too much of it doing religious chants (him & his singers) and lecturing the audience on the need for spirituality. Hey MC! I've heard that others also thought he went a little too far with the religious content in those early-to-mid '70s shows - after all, it was supposed to be a concert, and not a sermon. And his voice was rough from overuse during that Dark Horse tour also, from what I understand. Still, a very talented guy. He's supposed to be awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame sometime this year. I'd love to be able to attend that ceremony, although since they usually do those on weekdays I'm not sure I'll be able to.
