Not quite as big of an album as Eliminator, but had it's share of hits.
Velcro Fly was a novelty and Sleeping Bag was just EH.
I actually thought Stages was ok. And I've heard people make fun of Rough Boy, but it's not bad. It's my wife's fave by them.
I prefer 70s ZZ overall.

I also thought Eliminator was better but there are some good songs included - I have the album on cassette and Sleeping Bag on 45. Remember seeing the video for Rough Boy quite often at the time.
Faves - Sleeping Bag , Delirious , Can't Stop Rockin' , Rough Boy and Velcro Fly.

WOOO HOOO!!! Did I BURN this out (cassette) from 10th to 12th grade!!! I first LOVED the remix of "Legs" back in the summer of '84, and today I realized then, "Yep. I know it." The synths did the trick! Apologies to all those hardcore ZZ Fans! ;D Then I heard "Sleeping bag" on the radio for the 1st time in Sept. '85, and became INSTANTLY hooked. Got the cassette for Xmas '85, and there was no turning back whatsoever. Even today, I rate every song at least a 9.5. Only afterward (1988-1996) did I start getting ZZ's other albums--I even bought "Recycler" the first day (Oct, 16, 1990) and got hooked on that as well. And this album was in my all-time top 5 as early as Summer 1987, it may even still be in my top 10 today! A HUGEBRAVO!!!! I could critique on every song, but I just couldn't really say enough. Faves, in order: Sleeping bag: 10.0 Velcro fly: 10.0 Stages: 9.9 Delirious: 9.8 Can't stop rockin': 9.8 Dipping low: 9.8 Woke up with wood: 9.7 Rough boy: 9.7 Planet of women: 9.7 I got the message: 9.5
I think you better NOT feature another one of my choices tomorrow! I'm too ecstatic... ;D

They're both great, and I listened to both of them often back in the day. I've heard the same thing about 'Rough Boy', but I've always liked it myself.

I've never seen the video to 'Rough Boy', but I imagine it's pretty cool to watch. They always had interesting videos!
