Ok, today I am asking what Christmas music do you have JUST on vinyl. Since my vinyl years were mostly when I was living at home, I just mostly used my dad's stuff, so my collection is small. 12" single of Do They Know it's Christmas? Band Aid-bought it used. Happy X-mas (War is Over, if You Want it) John Lennon-have the green vinyl single. Santa Claus is Comin' to Town Bruce Springsteen-this was the flip of My Hometown, which I already had, but I bought it used for this, for .79! On the novelty front, I have a Stooges 45, with the sleeve, from 1959 (yes, the Curly Joe lineup : . I got this for like a buck, so it's a neat item to have. And that's about it. How bout you?

Christmas music on vinyl, eh? Well, let's see...It's been awhile since I've looked through my vinyl collection, but I'll see what I can remember... I have a John Denver Christmas album--can't remember the name of it. LOL! The Carpenters Christmas Present--I think that's the name of it. I used to listen to it all the time when I was younger. It has "Merry Christmas Darling" on it. I suppose that's the Christmas song they're best known for. Wow! I'm just totally drawing a blank here. I know I have more Christmas vinyl than that, I just can't think right now. I'll have to look around at my records, and get back to ya.

No Christmas vinyl here. Actually, I only own one vinyl myself. My folks still have quite a bit, though.

It's on the Peter Pan label, #8109. I couldn't find a date on the record itself or the jacket, but I think it was probably released the same year my parents got it for me, 1972. The songs on it are: Side A: Santa Claus is Coming to Town We Need a Little Christmas It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas Winter Wonderland The Christmas Song The Man in the Red Suit Santa Medley Side B: Reprise/Up on the Housetop Santa's Magical Bag My Favorite Things The Marvelous Toy Scarlet Ribbons Happiness Is Love is a Simple Thing We Wish You a Merry Christmas 'Santa's Magical Bag' is a great jazzy number that I've never heard anywhere else. Love it!

Is the Brady one an original or reprint?

Is the Brady one an original or reprint? Original!! I think my aunt gave it to me when I was like 5. Ooh, I also forgot a vinyl classic that I own - A Charlie Brown ChristmasI don't know how I forgot that one. Of the ones I've listed I've replaced all of them on CD except for the Brady one.
