The CMA's are held in higher regard, but the ACM's are also can't miss TV.
Martina is up for 4 awards, more than usual.
Female of the Year, which she always is.
Video of the Year, which she usually is.
Album of the Year, which she hasn't been since 95's Wild Angels.
Also, the Home Depot Humanitarian award, which I think she will win.
Be sure to tune in tonight!!!

I honestly flipped back and forth between this and American Idol for the first hour, so I'm sure I missed a few things.
By the way, I spotted loads of celebrities in the audience at American Idol. Other than the ones that gave their input about the competition prior to the results (like Ray Romano and Sharon Osbourne), I saw Henry Winkler and John Ritter's widow, Amy Yasbeck. She looked very well. I was surprised to see her there though.
And Adam, maybe you noticed this - after Loretta Lynn's performance at the ACMs, I swear The Rock was in tears!!

I think I missed his joke. We just got some new channels and some of the ones we already had got switched around. But great news! WE GOT CMT BACK! Yes! Now I can watch Crossroads! |
