Not sure of the significance of the date in Elvis history, but Turner Classic Movies is playing at least 4 Elvis movies.

Viva Las Vegas

I am very excited as I need all but Kid Galahad on tape! Especially excited about Viva!!! WOO HOO Ann Marg-rock!

Ironically, I came across an old tape the other day that had part of Frankie & Johnny on it.

These start early in the AM, so set your tape if you want to see any of them!!

It's probably just a random day they chose. October is mad about musicals month on there. They devoted a day to Judy back on the 16th, I believe. Somewhere in there.
