Of this group, I'm actually gonna say The Runaways. For better or worse, like it or not, they influenced bands like Hole, L7 and The Donnas.

None of them really appeal to me, but Todd Rundgren struck me, so that's who I voted for.

As much of a Todd fan as I am, I'm also going with the Runaways for the same reason that Sat listed - they've influenced almost every all-gilr rock group since the 70s.
