Sorry for the limited selection. However, they are all well known 60's tunes & also known for their (guitar) intros. And sooooooooooo, which tune or intro do you prefer?  |

I picked Purple Haze, although all the suggestions are good ones. Would have picked Cream's Sunshine of Your Love had it been available.

I tried to keep the choices close to the time period and (literally) somewhat proportional. Therefore, I wanted just these choices to be more simple to the ears (I'm not saying they're simple riffs - someone had to invent them). Sure, I could of thrown some more for the choices but this wasn't random. I wanted to put "Paperback Writer" but there's a lot more going on (action) in the intro. Again, I'm not saying that "Satisfaction," "Up Around the Bend," etc. are easy/simple. I hope you know what I mean Anyway, I picked "Born to be Wild." That "E" in the 7th fret position does it to me all the time.  |

I went with Satisfaction, with You Really Got Me a close second.
If it were on the list I would have gone with I Feel Fine.
BTW, Peter (I'm calling you Peter to differentiate you from Pete), you're not limited to 8 choices. There's a place you can click to increase the number of choices.up to 35.

Peter is fine by me. I saw how I could of added but I wanted the choices to be limited. "I Feel Fine" would be in the same vein as "Paperback Writer" for which I've explained earlier.
