Ok, I screwed this up, so Ed and Lora need to revote!
Keeping mine with the Moodies!

How did you screw it up? -- I guess the Stylistics weren't on the last one. Anyway, I still went with The Moodys. And I'll repeat that I see some near-Hall qualities in Gordie and Todd. Wouldn't mind seeing either getting in some day. --and I love the Stylistics, but I don't necessarily see anything original or innovative enough to make them Hall material.

Lora pointed out on the original I had the Commodores on both today and yesterday. I don't like the Stylistics. But I recognized, for better or worse, that they influenced the Boys II Men acts that were the rage for a period.

tough GROUP, INCLUDING SOME OF MY FAVES. i CAN REALLY SEE THE PUSH FOR THE mOODYS HERE, BUT have TO GO WITH THE MOST ORIGINAL OF all DISCO ACTS, cHIC. aT LEAST THEY WERE NOMINATED THAT ONE TIME--come on!!!!! (DAMN CAPS) (I am NOT retyping) Top vote for Chic.
Cheap Trick (close call) for an influential arena rock sound!
As suggested in the "Year 16: 2001" post, I give an honorable mention for Jerry Butler for *my* top wants--much more derving than Solomon Burke or Percy Sledge.

No "Question" the Moody Blues belong. These "Singers (In a Rock & Roll Band) have been waiting long enough. So stop "Sitting at the Wheel" thinking of "Your Wildest Dreams". "Go Now" & "Voice" your opinion & let's get the Moody Blues in the Rockhall.
Cheap Trick, Genesis, & Gordon would be my other choices.

I went with the Moodies - long, long overdue for a Hall induction.

This was a tough one for me. Most deserving of this group? For me it's between Genesis and Chic with Genesis edging a little ahead
