I think the Floyd album is over-rated, myself.
I like the Queensryche album a lot, but it's emotionally draining, so I only listen to it once in a great while. Loved it a lot in the summer of '88, though, and it's got a great storyline! So I'll vote for it.
Others worthy of note:
