Ok, here is the next round, I guess you'd call it. I'm making this a "double elimination" thing. All of the artists in this part got ZERO votes.
Which of them most deserves a Hall slot?

Some very good acts here, but I really don't see any as really being Hall worthy. But since I need to pick one, I'd say America is the closest.
