In the March 27-April 2 issue of TV Guide, with Star Jones on the cover, Martina makes a color picture appearance with Pat Benatar!
On page 46, there is an article called, "If You Don't Watch, Who Will? Eight really good shows that deserve a wider audience." One of the shows mentioned is CMT Crossroads!
They describe the show, and mention "Martina McBride and Pat Benatar trading vocal punches on 'Hit Me With Your Best Shot'". On the bottom is a VERY cute picture of both ladies that hasn't been seen elsewhere!
I think the fact that they used them for an example REALLY says something about Martina AND their episode. In such a big publication like TV Guide, I would have figured they would go with someone more mainstream like the Dolly-Melissa show or even the Dixies-JT show.
But they chose Martina and Pat and I think that's great!!
