I watched this wonderful movie last night for the first time in several years. It is the biography of my all time favorite lady of country music,Loretta Lynn. I remember going to see this at our local(now long-since torn down)movie theater. I still crack up remembering the scene in which Loretta's husband brings home "that book" shortly after their marriage("It's got pictures in it.").

It's a great movie! I remember seeing it when it was first released on video years ago. I've seen it a few times since then as well.

I've never seen the whole movie, but I do love it!
I recently watched something on the Travel Channel about Loretta Lynn's supposedly-haunted plantation. I just love to hear her talk!

I caught part of that Travel Channel show about her home awhile back, and it was really interesting. Loretta seems like such a warm and down-to-earth person.
