I'm always on the lookout for cool and interesting Beach Boys and Beatles pictures, and have amassed quite a large collection. I wanted to share some of my favorites. This great photo of the Beatles was taken at West Hampstead Studios in London in the fall of 1965. It was one of many photos in several different settings they posed for that day.

-- and I bet if they COULDN'T really play those instruments, they could have learned quickly. (Although it looks like Paul is trying to play a right handed mandolin (or is it a lute?) left handed. )
Cool pic, Dawn.

I can't see the pic anymore, but it was a great one. I have it in one of my many books on the Fab 4.

I agree with you about them learning the instruments quickly - I wish I had one-tenth of their musical ability!

I can't see the pic anymore, but it was a great one. I have it in one of my many books on the Fab 4. Thanks, Ken. I'm not sure what happened with the image I originally posted. It had been hosted on Freeimagehosting.net, and the link to it was still in my post, but I couldn't see the image either, not even the red X that usually comes up when the link to an image is broken. But I re-uploaded the pic to another photo host just now.
