Another obvious one would have to be "Hanky Panky" by Tommy James. Come to think of it, TJ also had another song called "Tighter and Tighter" that I guess could sound kinda sorta maybe in a teensy way dirty.

Well, dirty a subjective thing.
You've got "Push It" by Salt 'N Pepa. The lyrics are veiled, but sorta dirty.
Then you've got "(Do You Think I'm A) Nasty Girl?" by Vanity 6. That's just out and out raunchy.
I can't think of any right now that sound bad but the lyrics are tame......
