As usual, an all-encompassing group of songs. I assume the Lionel Hampton song is an instrumental version of On The Sunny Side of the Street? Is this a very old song? I remember that song being popular when I was very young (or maybe it was an old standard even then.)

You also have my favorite Don Henley song in your mix. He also does a very good live version with the Eagles on Hell Freezes Over.

And what's this about E CDs? ECD stands for Energy Conversion Devices. They are an energy storage company in Troy Michigan. ;D

No, he sang on it! Yes, it's a very old song--I'd have to look up the date of the recording, but it's got that staticky "old record" sound to it. I've got the music somewhere in a Reader's Digest book--or I did have--I'll have to see if I've still got the book...so I can maybe see when it was written.

Actually, "Mom's 'Hot H Artists' Mix" is the title of the CD. "Fun for all H's" is just what I called this thread about it. So I hope you enjoy both of those phrases.

Wow, I haven't heard The Hooters "All You Zombies" since the 80's. Although I do have both "Day By Day" and "And We Danced" included on a mix tape I made back around ' 85.
