Mom's "Luminous L Artists" Mix:
1.Lake-"Key to the Rhyme" 2.Lovin' Spoonful-"Jug Band Music" 3.Little Feat-"Rad Gumbo" 4.Julie London-"Love Letters" 5.Ben Lee-"New Song" 6.Lighthouse-"One Fine Morning" 7.Donna Lewis-"Lights of Life" 8.Kenny Loggins-"Leap of Faith" 9.Abbey Lincoln-"Long As You're Living" 10.Little River Band-"The Rhythm King" 11.Annie Lennox-"Downtown Lights" 12.Barbara Lynn-"I'm a Good Woman" 13.Lifeguards-"Everybody Out'ta the Pool" 14.Lone Justice-"Sweet Sweet Baby" 15.Lulu-"Boy" 16.Ephraim Lewis-"Hold On" 17.Luna Halo-"Heaven" 18.Little Wolf-"How Great Thou Art"
#18 is a well-known hymn, sung here in (I think) some Native American tribal language--I don't know what the language is, but it's a beautiful version of the song. Found it on a new age compilation.
A few minutes later: I did some research; they are also called the Little Wolf Band (my CD just says Little Wolf), but I still haven't been able to find out what language they're singing in.

Nice to see some Canadian content included with Lighthouse Lone Justice - Sweet Sweet Baby - I've loved it ever since it was current, I have it on a mix tape. Rad Gumbo - A fantastic tune from Little Feat, I listened to it not too long ago. Lovin' Spoonful - Great tune! Laura, what album is that Little River Band track from?

The LRB track is from "Monsoon". "One Fine Morning", btw, is from "Have a Nice Day" Vol. 6 (my favorite volume of the series so far, or at least of the 3 CD's I have).
