I have. It works most of the time, but not all of the time. I had better luck with Vixy. vixy.netIt also has problems, but it had a better track record (and their site wasn't down as much as Listen To YouTube's. I've used it to snag out-of-print impossible to find songs.

i've got something called "AoA Audio Extractor". i've only used it twice, but it seems to work pretty well.
