Rumour has it that Brighton Jude will walk almost as we speak (yeah it's been 10 months). To commemorate the event (and have the CD ready when I see him at Easter), here is Brighton's Walking CD. Enjoy!!
1. Walk, Don't Run - Ventures 2. Walk Like a Man - Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons 3. I'm Walking - Fats Domino 4. Walk Right In - Rooftop Singers 5. Walking After Midnight - Patsy Cline 6. Walk Right Back - Everly Brothers 7. I Walk the Line - Johnny Cash 8. Walkin' & Talkin' - Marshall Tucker Band 9. Walk on Water - Creedence Clearwater Revival 10. Walk of Life - Dire Straits 11. Walking in the Rain - Jay & the Americans 12. Walk Away Renee - Rick Price 13. Walking Man - James Taylor 14. Walkin' Blues - Eric Clapton 15. Walking on the Moon - Police 16. Walk Like a Man - Tim McGraw 17. These Boots are Made for Walkin' - Nancy Sinatra 18. Only Daddy That'll Walk the Line - Waylon Jennings 19. Walk Like a Man - Bon Jovi 20. I'm Walking - Robert Cray 21. Walkin' Thru the Park - Muddy Waters 22. Walk Away - James Gang 23. Walk Like a Man - Grand Funk Railroad 24. Walk This Way - Aerosmith
Edit: No longer a "walking as we speak" but a "he is walking." How cool is that.

That's wonderful that Brighton is walking already!
Lots of great songs in this track listing, Woody. I'm not familiar with Rick Price's version of Walk Away Renee - is it similar to the Left Banke version?

I'm not familiar with Rick Price's version of Walk Away Renee - is it similar to the Left Banke version? Dawn I tried to find it on youtube, couldn't. It's not the top 40 sounding song that Left Banke did. It's a minute or so longer & more bluesy in sound. If you can get your hands on the "My Girl" soundtrack, that is were it's from.

Ah, but can he Walk like an Egyptian? Funny. I actually haven't seen him walk yet, so can't verify the "egyptian". Will see him walk next Friday, so I let ya know.

Great mix, Woody! And even better to hear that Brighton is walking. I bet you can't wait to see him. You missed two of my favorite "walk" songs: Walk On - Roy Orbison Walk Away - Del Shannon (That's OK; not to many people know them)
