It's a tie between two as my favorite...one from the '60s, one from the '80s. One was a sizable hit, the other a deeper album cut.

The trippiest thing the Moodies ever did. This, and "My Song", where they stretch out instrumentally, are what I think are the roots of prog rock.

Cool videos for these. #1 #1A I'm not crazy about anything the Moodies did after Seventh Sojourn, but I love the videos. I'm old enough now to also reflect back and wonder, what were we like back in the 1960s, and what did we become. Just like the woman in this story. And did we take the best path from that time?
