Two weeks ago, I attended my annual church bazaar in hopes of finding some bagain music on CD's. I hit the White Elephant talbe - this is where common folk paruse the tables in hopes of finding a gem for their collection or even to resell. This is the second most profitable table next to food concessions. I made the point to arrive early. Here were my finds this year: Anthology 1 and 2 - Beatles Time Flies - Best of Huey Lewis & the News Ultimate Collection - Yardbyrds (British Import) Before These Crowded Streets - Dave Matthews Band Yield - Pearl Jam Rent - Original Broadway Cast Miss Saigon - Original London Cast As you can see this is a pretty eclectic list. This collection was only $14! I was glad to be able to help out my church. Later that evening I also volunteered at the chuck-a-luck table.

Very nice Dave! Over the past few years there has been the odd time where I have done quite well discovering a few gems while browsing through used CD's at local swap meets or thrift stores. But for the most part I find that, the large majority of CD's I've searched through are either crap or CD's I bought when they were new.

I have the same reaction as Ken...CD's at church bazaars haven't really impressed me, but it looks like you have found some nice ones there.

Some nice stuff there! There's an annual church rummage sale in my neighborhood every February. It's mostly a great source of old board games, but I usually find one or two LPs in their LP bin.
Do you know if the London production of Miss Saigon preceded the NY production?
