"Guilty pleasure", huh? Well...maybe I have one...  I even watched the MTV "rockumentary" about these one hit wonders with rapt attention--mostly because I had a crush on Katrina. God, I was sad. STILL, I LOVE this song. Still...for a video about a song extolling "sunshine", does anyone notice there IS NONE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE FRIGID VIDEO? I know it's England and all, but c'mon! |

Well I am an old sap, so I have MANY guilty pleasures in music. (No - one of them is DEFINITELY NOT MICHAEL BOLTON!!)
My favorite guilty pleasure artist has got to be Barry Manilow. There are probably 10-12 of his songs that I really like! -- but none more than this one that always reminds me of a girl I was absolutely head over heels about who I dated my first year in grad school, and who totally disappeared from my life after that, and I always wonder .........
