We've been griping about The Moodies (and Chicago) for years now. You'd think they'd listen to us!

1998 - The Michigan state legislature introduced a bill that would limit concert attendance by minors under the age of 18.

Wouldn't this really stunt the careers of the likes of Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus? - Wait. This might be a GOOD thing!
