I'll make this tough:
Simon & Garfunkel sang of Mrs. Robinson, and singing of Mrs. Jones was Billy Paul.

Good one, Woody.
Wilson Pickett sang of a phone #-"634-5789", and singing of "867-5309" was Tommy Tutone.

The Everlys were part of the first class of inductees to the Rock and Roll of Fame, as was Ray Charles.

On Ray's last album, which consisted of all duets, one of his pairings was with Van Morrison on a version of Van's original "Crazy Love".

Featuring a riff from Day Tripper was Baby Don't Scold Me by Buffalo Springfield.

One of Buffalo Springfield's classics, Rock and Roll Woman, was featured in the setlists of some of the late '60s live performances of the Beach Boys.

Boy, this has been stale for awhile! What, the Beach Boys too hard to link? The Beach Boys covered several songs on their Stacks O Tracks album, including a couple by The Beatles. (There, is that easy enough? )

One of Ray's singles was Ruby; another song with that name in the title was recorded by Kenny Rogers.

Jessi Colter also did a song with "Billy Joe" in the title, "Who Walks Through Your Memory (Billy Joe)"
